Originally from New Zealand, Phil is a world-class skipper who has been at the helm of ChinaOne.Ningbo for four years and has won four world championships, including the World Match Racing Tour Championship and the M32 World Championship.

A world-class skipper from the Netherlands, he has represented the Netherlands three times at the Olympic Games competing in the Finn Class and is known as the "Flying Dutchman". He is the current skipper of ChinaOne.Ningbo since 2022. He won the 2023 M32 European Series and won third place in the 2022 M32 European Championships.

Born in Jiangxi and raised in Shanghai, Wang Jue was the first Chinese Grinder to participate in the America’s Cup and the first Chinese sailor who was recruited in the SAILGP China team recruitment campaign. He has successfully competed with Team China in regattas around the world.

Prior to joining the team, Liu sailed with China Guangdong's team and finished fourth in the 2010 Asian Games Regatta. In 2017, he joined the Dongfeng Race Team to compete for the Volvo Ocean Race and won the championship.

Scott grew up in China and started racing in Shanghai when he was 13 years old. In addition to racing in international regattas, Scott has been active coaching young sailors in China, the US and Denmark.

Michelle has more than ten years of experience operating sailing events and managing brands. She previously worked for China Cup, the largest international regatta in Asia, where she was responsible for branding, operations and partnerships.
